Make the peanut sauce by blending the peanut butter, coconut milk, chili paste, lime juice, water, and tamari.
Boil the shrimp by starting the shrimp in cold water, cider vinegar, and bay leaf. Let the water heat up with the burner on high heat. Stir constantly. When the shrimp start to float to the top, they are cooked through even if they're not boiling. Chill.
"Cook" the noodles by soaking in warm water until they are pleasant to eat. Drain. Chill.
